Medical Care Product Solutions

Carbon fiber composites have excellent X-ray transmission performance with 99% X-ray transmission rate. Because of this excellent X-ray transmission performance, it allows rays to be irradiated on table tops at any angle without refraction, and only small doses of rays are required to obtain clear contrast, thus reducing hazards to patients and medical personnel. It is used in the field of medical imaging products, including CT table tops, PET-CT table tops, accelerator table tops, breast support panels, and in the field of medical care, including wheelchair components and portable ramp boards.

CT Table Top

The sandwich structure of carbon fiber-foam is molded to meet the physical and biocompatibility requirements. Mass production has been realized.

Head support and extension support

Head support is a component used to fix patients' head in CT equipments. Eextension support is a component used to fix patients' leg in CT equipments. Head supports and extension supports are molded with carbon fiber prepreg to meet physical and biocompatibility requirements, and have been mass produced.

Technology Innovation

By establishing a database of carbon fiber composites applied to CT equipment components and the method of design analysis and calculation, the optimal design of CT equipment component stiffness performance, X-ray attenuation equivalent and product weight has been achieved. The actual stiffness test has been conducted to ensure that the product meets clients' requirements.
